Some days you just need a good old-fashioned bowl of creamy soup. This one is so simple and easy in the crock pot. I always make extra baked potatoes when I make them so this was perfect!
Here is what you will need;
So I used;
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box of chicken broth
1 bag of frozen veggies – carrots, peas, corn and beans
chopped carrots, broccoli, cauliflower
Put everything in the crock pot except for the bacon and potatoes ( if you don’t have pre baked potatoes then add them in this step as well)
Let it all cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6.
Fry up the bacon and chunk up the potatoes and add them to the soup. Let it all heat up and mix together. Really I did not have to add anything to this as far as spices.
Before serving I did add a spoonful of sour cream and some shredded cheese and as an added crunch I used my Easy Spicy Crackers!
