Easy Cheesey Pasta Bake

I love me some creamy cheese pasta! I try to keep it as healthy as possible and as “Unfattening” as well so I try to “of course” modify recipes. I found this one.

I used these ingredientsSome ingredients

I forgot to take pics of the fat free sour cream and shredded parm and low- fat ricotta , and I used the past I had on hand.

1 – 16 oz pkg pasta

1 – jar alfredo past sauce (I usually use the low fat kind but this one must have been on sale!)

1/2 of a 30 tub of low-fat ricotta


2 – eggs beaten

1/4 cup parmesan

1 &  1/2 cups cup mozzarella

Boil pasta and drain,  mix with alfredo and sour cream together and mix into pasta to coat, pour 1/2 of it into lightly greased baking dish.

Beat eggs and mix with ricotta and parm. spread it on the pasta

LayeringPut the remaining pasta mix on top and sprinkle with the

mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes and serve hot and melty….super good and not to fattening if you use all fat-free cheeses sauce and sour cream.
